We're based at Bellingham International (KBLI) and respond to AOG calls across the Pacific Northwest. Mobile work for piston aircraft; coordination for larger or specialized work that needs ferry back to the shop.
What to expect
What an AOG call looks like with us.
When you call our AOG line, you get an A&P/IA on the phone — not a dispatcher, not a callback queue.
- Triage first. Is this fixable on-field, does it need a part flown in, does it need ferry to KBLI?
- Honest time + cost estimate. Within the call. No "let me check and call you back tomorrow."
- Dispatch within the hour. Or, if it's something we can't do, an honest "you need someone else, and here's who we'd call."
Common AOG scenarios we handle
- Engine starting issues, magneto problems, electrical
- Brake / tire / strut issues on the ramp
- Avionics failures that ground the airplane (transponder, autopilot, comm)
- Discoveries mid-annual that ground the airplane
What we can't do AOG
- Major airframe damage
- Work that requires an STC or factory rep
- Aircraft we don't have type experience on
