Zefting Aviation ("we," "our") operates this website (zeftingaviation.com). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, what we do with it, and your options.

When you fill out a contact form on this site, send us an email, or enroll in an Aviation Made Simple subscription, we collect:
- Name, email address, phone number (as provided)
- The message or information you choose to send
- Aircraft details you share for service inquiries
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule services, manage your AMS subscription, and communicate with you about your account.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, we and our service providers may collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
- Pages viewed, time on site, referring URL
- Functional cookies set by WordPress (login session, preferences)
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (anonymized usage data)
- Third-party cookies set by services we integrate with (e.g., Stripe, when you click an enrollment link)

Contact form submissions are retained for one year unless we're actively working with you — in which case we keep the relationship records for the duration of the relationship plus seven years for maintenance record-keeping requirements.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information — HTTPS encryption, access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however.
8. Children
This site is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Effective" date at the top.
