A written report you can act on.
You get a written report with findings categorized as critical / important / for-your-awareness, photos of anything notable, an honest yes / no / yes-with-conditions assessment, and a 30-minute walk-through call to talk through it.
We don't sugar-coat findings — that's the whole point of paying for a pre-buy. We also don't pad them. You get what we found, what we'd want to know before buying this airplane ourselves, and our honest recommendation.
Considering an aircraft acquisition?
A pre-buy is one part of a good aircraft purchase. We also offer full acquisition assistance — aircraft search, market evaluation, negotiation guidance, deal structure, and transition support — for owners who want a partner through the whole process. A dedicated page is coming. For now, mention "acquisition" when you reach out and we'll have the conversation.

Three steps.
Initial conversation (free)
Tell us the airplane, the seller, your situation. We'll tell you whether a Zefting pre-buy is the right move and what we'd look for specifically on this aircraft.
On-site inspection
Typically 1 day. We do the work at our hangar at KBLI when the airplane can come to us, or at the seller's location when it can't.
Written report + call
Within 48 hours of inspection.
Quoted, not "it depends."
Pre-buy fees depend on aircraft type, location, and scope. Most piston pre-buys we do run $1,200–$2,800. Twins and turbines run higher. Call or email for a specific quote — we'll give you a number.
